Mahbobeh Sabetnia, a non chief on the JD Sports board and individual from the compensation panel has chosen not to represent re-appointment at the organization’s yearly comprehensive gathering on June 27, 2024.
Sabetnia has served on the board for almost more than two years including as an individual from the compensation panel since November 29, 2021.
Remarking on the turn of events, Andy Higginson, board seat, said in an explanation: “Mahbobeh has made a significant commitment to the board and in her job as an individual from the compensation panel.”
The organization said the board is beginning a cycle to distinguish and choose an extra free non-leader chief.
